Mould Steel and Hard Materials
For mould steel machining the company offers dedicated NAK80 / H13 inserts and a NAK80-specific nano-coating solution; for hardened parts above HRC55 it offers dedicated hard-material inserts.
Coating Technology
For coatings the company works with suppliers such as ionbond (Germany) and WENDT (Switzerland) and uses nano-coating technology; coated tools last 3 to 5 times longer than uncoated ones. Dedicated machining solutions are also provided, working with programming specialists to optimise the process.
